  3. Cook your tortillas for 30 seconds, each side

My mom and my sister both are out of town, mom is out for some official work and my sister for some college trip, both the ladies of my house challenged me and my dad that we can’t cook but they don’t know that we can we just don’t, because we are too lazy for that but now that they have challenged us and now we have the opportunity to prove them wrong we wont leave the chance, more to it they would come back all tired so I and dad thought to be good humans and cook for them, we will feed them and win the challenge as well so we are going to make bbq swiss chicken for mom as she loves chicken and easy foil bbq potatoes for my sister as she doesn’t eat much of chicken

BBQ swiss chicken

Ingredients –

  1. Skinless, boneless breasts
  2. Bbq sauce
  3. Char-Broil Electric Smoker Machine
  4. Cheese slices
  5. Crumbled bacon

Directions –

  1. Take a baking pan, use a coated one.
  2. Use cooking spray.
  3. Take bbq sauce and cover chicken breasts with bbq sauce.
  4. Place chicken breasts in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. Grate cheese and put it on the top of the chicken piece.
  6. Place back in until you cheese melt.

  1. Potato (01)

With my world revolving around food and all the procedure involved in making the food, I found my love for writing. Here I’m with one of my most favorite recipes and I know soon or sooner you would fall in love with it too.

Ingredients –

  1. Hoisin sauce (¼ cup)
  2. Soy sauce (01 tablespoons)
  3. Lime juice (01 tablespoons)
  4. Water (¼ cup)
  5. Agave (01 tablespoons)
  6. Chili – garlic sauce (02 tablespoons)
  7. Canola oil (02 tablespoons)
  8. Thinly sliced seitan (08 ounces)
  9. Finding the top pellet smoker
  10. Grated ginger (02 teaspoons)
  11. Cinnamon (1/8 teaspoon)
  12. Snow peas (04 ounces)
  13. Thinly sliced and trimmed scallions (02)
  14. Fresh, chopped cilantro (¼ cup)
  15. Cooked rice
  16. Cloves (1/8 teaspoon)

Directions –

  1. You first of all need to make sauce
  2. For making the sauce you need a small bowl, add water, soy, hoisin sauce, lime juice, agave, and chili – garlic sauce.
  3. Once done with adding all the ingredients in the small bowl, whisk them together.
  4. Take a large size skillet and heat it over medium heat.
  5. Once done with heating, fry your seitan and mushrooms till they turn light brown.
  6. Make sure that seitan and mushrooms release their juice.
  7. Once seitan and mushrooms are fried add cloves, ginger, and cinnamon to the skillet.
  8. Cook for a minute or so.
  9. Once done with the frying part add snow peas and sauce to the skillet
  10. Reduce the level of heat.
  11. When it comes to cooking, cook till the sauce thickens
  12. Once done cooking, turn off the stove and add cilantro and scallions, stir for a while
  13. Thinking about what to do with the rice? Just serve with rice.

I don’t like hard work and I think nobody does, I spend days finding stuff to make my life easy though we have millions of applications, we still don’t have robots to cook for us so what we have is lots and lots of rice, I love rice because they don’t take much time to get ready and you can eat them with anything, if you are a sweet lover and lazy just like me you can simply put some sugar over white rice and some melted butter and eat them just like that. Trust me they make life easy or if you like spicy go for some fried onions, chiles and tomatoes with chili sauce and some ketchup, fry all of these together and then eat them with rice.

My best friend is a food lover and today when he was with us he was hungry but it was midnight and all the restaurants were closed and in a while I realised that he was getting all cranky, we were not aware that if he doesn’t get food he gets all cranky but as soon as I realized that it’s happening because of food I got an idea to invite everyone at my place for midnight snacks, the problem with my best friend is that he only eats healthy he is a gym freak so he doesn’t eat junk food he loves everything that’s green and eatable.

For the health freaks I have a recipe that does not take much time and is healthy as well, my best friend fell in love with this recipe as he got tasty healthy food and now it’s been a week since he has been asking me to make it again for him though it doesn’t take much time I’m still not making it for him as he keeps irritating me, guys you should never irritate your best friend especially the one who can cook. My best friend can’t cook and I can so now he has to take me out for shopping as the bribe but you guys don’t have to take me out so the recipe and all the ingredients are mentioned below.

Ingredients –

  1. Properly washed, dried kale (1 bunch)
  2. Olive oil spray
  3. Seasoning

Ingredients for BBQ seasoning-

  1. Chile powder (02 tablespoons)
  2. Brown sugar (02 tablespoons)
  3. Garlic powder (01 tablespoons)
  4. Salt (01 tablespoons)
  5. Dry mustard(½ teaspoon)
  6. Paprika (¼ cup)

Directions –

  1. Heat oven to 275 degrees.
  2. Take a parchment paper and a baking sheet and place in a line
  3. Take kale and remove all the thick stems, once removed discard them
  4. Now you need to tear the leaves into small pieces.
  5. Now lay your leaves on the baking sheet.
  6. Spray olive oil on the kale leaves, evenly
  7. It’s time to bake
  8. Bake till you feel they have not turned crispy, once you see their edges have turned brown and they appear crispy, stop baking.
  9. Baking can take 16 to 20 minutes.
  10. Time to make the seasoning
  11. Mix all the ingredients required for making the seasoning in a small size bowl, that’s all with the seasoning
  12. Once done making the seasoning, sprinkle seasoning on the baked kale leaves and simply serve.
