The balance of taste and flavour that is present in every dish that we serve will be represented in cuisines from many countries in which great food is the centre of life.

Tom Kime, one of contemporary cuisine’s fastest rising international stars, has worked at the world renowned River café in London and trained with such celebrated chefs as Rick Stein in England and David Thompson and Peter Doyle in Australia.

His catering work has included part of the Thai inspired wedding feast of his former colleague Jamie Oliver. He has also cooked for a clientele that includes celebrities such as Mick Jagger, Sam Neill and Kirstin Dunst.

Tom has created and produced work for television as well as consistently writing for the global food press. His work has won awards in Europe and was most recently a finalist for the International Association of Culinary Professionals “Best chef and Restaurant” award 2006 for his fist book Exploring Taste and Flavour.
